With a combined decades of experience in the construction industry the founding partners had a strong desire to have a fresh approach to team building along with strong collaboration with clients and employees to ensure value added benefits/quality of workmanship as the way business is conducted. We have set the bar to the highest standard of quality of workmanship in a safety-first environment & best practice in environmental stewardship in our industry.
Currently, from our base in the North Okanagan, Utilex has completed projects as far as Hope, B.C., in the west, to the B.C. Alberta border in the east, Williams Lake to the north and Osoyoos in the south. Within these regions we have developed strategic relationships with suppliers and sub contractors to ensure the highest level of quality workmanship and value to our customers. These relationships and our team experience allow us to tackle a range of projects from earth moving, utility installations, road building in municipal, industrial, commercial and residential subdivision development settings.
Utilex Contracting History:
Over the past 35 years the principles and current team Members have successfully
completed a variety of projects throughout the south-central interior of British Columbia.
These include:
Municipal Infrastructure Projects for the City of Armstrong, District of Coldstream, City of
Kelowna, City of Vernon.
Industrial completed projects for BC Hydro, Fortis BC and Telus,
Residential Subdivision Development, in Coldstream , Vernon ,Kelowna ,West Kelowna ,
Penticton , and Armstrong .
